Yeah, I agree about the graphics. The Vita pwns all graphically, but the 3DS isn't a slouch.
Yes, near is pretty much a copy of streetpass.
And yes, the Vita is selling pretty bad.
And in Japan, really bad.

I got both systems, and at the moment I have to say that I prefer my 3DS, because it has the better games at the moment, but that might change soon when more PSVita games will be released.

Well, the PSVita has a tough road ahead of it.

Remember when no 3rd parties would touch the 3DS because of bad sales?(Aside from Ubisoft, Capcom, and shovelware devs)

Well, the Vita is doing even worse than that.
