Actually, if you use the
face in a wrong way as in cursing, you will get a warning from Robdebot or get banned instantly. SynTM (2012-04-13 02:28:40)@NIGHTS

This topic will teach you the most important things you should know about 3DSPlaza.
I suggest you read this before you move on anymore to 3DSPlaza.

WHAT IS 3DSPLAZA FOR?
3DSPlaza is a site for 3DS - DSi users to converse.
Most likely a social network.
You can make friends, discuss games with other users, receive FC's (Friend Codes) and have fun.
WHO OWNS 3DSPLAZA?
The main owner of 3DSPlaza is Robdeprop.
He maintains 3DSPlaza to be as good as possible.
I suggest not spamming his comments on his profile just for attention.
HOW CAN I BECOME A GOOD MEMBER?
To become a nice and respected member, just follow the rules of the site.
The best way is to be nice and find ways to help 3DSPlaza.
HOW CAN I HELP 3DSPLAZA?
Follow the rules and report rule-breakers with the Helpdesk or by PMing a moderator WITH a screenshot of the rule-breaker breaking the rules.
Quick tips:
Respect moderators no matter what.
Report a rule breaking user to a moderator if that user violates the rules of 3DSPlaza.
WHAT ARE THE RULES OF 3DSPLAZA?
There aren't that many rules.
But I suggest you follow every rule if you wish to not be banned
Rules:
- Do not use any bad language.
- Do not use any bad language
- Do not use advertise! While sharing a link is fine when interest is shown, repeating a URL is simply not acceptable.
- Do not talk about adult subjects (There are children here!)
- Do not spam (sending the same message more than 3 times in a row fast)
- Do not insult/discriminate other users
- Do not give away (or ask for) personal information. This includes phone numbers, mobile numbers and addresses.
- Do not ask or beg to become a moderator
- Do not write full sentences in capital letters
- Obey the moderators
- Do not online date, or attempt to online date.
- Please use a name colour that is easily visible to users.
- Be ethical.
- Use common sense.
These rules are especially meant for the Chat Rooms.
Try to keep 3DSPlaza fun for everyone.
Its either your 3DS/DSi/PC or the site.
You can do the following to make this problem no longer happen to you.
(Must be logged out)
1. Go to your Settings on your 3DS or DSi system.
2. Delete your cookies and clear your history.
3. Refresh the page once and log back in.
If you keep getting signed out, it is the site going through errors.
HOW DO I SET MY PROFILE PICTURE?
First off, to set your Avatar, go to Profile.

And click "Edit" (Your profile only)

Once there, you will see a question mark picture and "(Change)" next to it.

The "(Change)" Option is only viewable on the 3DS - PC Version of 3DSPlaza.
You Cannot change your avatar if you are banned.
WHAT ARE THOSE FACES PEOPLE ARE MAKING IN CHATS?
The faces users are making in the Chat Rooms are Icons/emoticons.
There are many faces you can make.
You can simply type in /help in any Chat Room and you will receive a list of face codes and hints for you.
Here is a list of codes for you.
To do these faces in a successful way, type in the code you see with NO spaces.
SOME EMOTICONS DO NOT WORK WITHIN THE NEW V3 CHAT
WHY DO USERS PUT [REQUEST HERE] ON SOME TOPICS?
Users put those requests for topics that need/deserve it.
Here are the usual requests
[REMOVE REQUEST]
[STICKY REQUEST]
[MOVE REQUEST]
[CLOSE REQUEST]
But take notice that these requests should only be used on topics that require it.
Those requests are kind of like voting for a topic to do whatever users requested.
The users that decide what happens to a topic are Forum Moderators.
There are most likely other requests.
HOW DO I CUSTOMIZE MY PROFILE?
To customize your own profile the way you want it is simple.
Simply go to "Profile"
Click "Edit" and you can edit your profile just the way you want.
(NO INAPPROPRIATE IMAGES)
Sadly, for 3DS - DSI users, you can only type a certain amount of texts in your profile box.
(300 - 520 letters only)
Luckily, you can apply a unlimited amount of texts into the profile editing box on a PC (Computer)
HOW DO I CUSTOMIZE MY PROFILE ADVANCED?
To customize your profile like most users have are by using CSS Codes (Cascading Style Sheets) and BB Codes.
BB Codes/CSS Codes can be found within some of the programming Forum Sections.
To apply these codes, simply copy and paste one of them into your Profile Editing Box.

WHAT ARE THE FORUM RULES?
Well, there isn't really a topic for official Forum rules.
But the main rules that have been applied by many users are the following..
